Customer service zero
In all honesty, the worst customer service I have ever experienced for a paid service.
It's a shame because from the images of her previous work and her no. of follower's I expected better from this woman. For the price if I could turn back time and go elsewhere I would have in a heart beat. She made me feel uncomfortable from the moment I dropped off the hair to poor communication throughout the process. On the day of my appointment I waited almost 2 hours with no notice prior, to advise she was running that late, to then wait another 2 hours for her to make the wig from scratch. To make matters worse she was incredibly rude with regards to my hair, questioning the product used with unnecessary attitude. I chose to remain silent for the rest of the appointment and got out as soon as I could 6+ hours later. For the price and service you need to do better Chi honestly. There are other great wig stylists out there - give your customers respect at the very least. We work just as hard for our money as you. You can be greater but you honestly need to seek basic customer service advice, no joke. With this being my first wig experience I was hesitant to try again with anyone else but thank goodness I gave it another go and found someone with service + style! God is good. The one star is for the fact that I made use of the wig for a few weeks, but honestly for the stress NO ONE is worth your hard earned money with attitude I'm sorry.
