The hair was beautiful and she was very quick but I had my issues. First of all she was an hour and 10 mins late and didn’t communicate that she would be late. She strolled in with her suitcase and asked if it’s okay for her to go to the shop, no apologies. That threw me off because her salon is in Excel, where are the shops? And didn’t she pass a shop on her way? But I left it and said okay. My engagement was the following day and I couldn’t loose my appointment.
Then as she was braiding my hair she opened my hair package that I sent her and started bleaching my frontal. What was the point of me sending my frontal A WEEK prior. First class recorded, so I know when she received it.
Then she went sit down at the table behind me and started plucking my frontal, whilst eating her Mc D’s she had ordered. Still didn’t say anything to me. I was looking at the other stylists all confused. Then when she was done, she installed the weave and began some small talk.
I’m sorry but I wouldn’t recommend her. I hope her customer service improves because she’s very talented.
