There’s no point having three different business pages if you’re going to provide a rubbish service to customers. I went last year for makeup and many people told me not to go but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I came and it was not clear if the salon was open or not, so I had to ring to find out. They were welcoming and what not but said overall a neutral glam was £40 including lashes so I didn’t expect to pay for lashes on its own. Being black owned I would’ve thought they got my shade right, they did not. I had to pay £5 additionally for packet hair Ali express lashes and was pissed about it. Everyone who saw the makeup laughed, my journey home was the worst. As it was my birthday and I was rushing I could not rectify the situation but when I tried to get a refund they refused. I don’t wear makeup but I am scarred from that situation so it’s a no from me
