Average hairdresser, with good online marketing.
My experience was ok, the results were ok. Did not get the ‘Instagram’ experience’ they market. Had to wait a while past my appointment time, hairdresser was friendly, although it was clear this was a problem between her and another staff member. Customer next to me and other staff were arguing about receiving poor service. An average hair dresser, that has good marketing.
Dollhouse is ok ...too overhyped
DollHouse is one of them businesses that lowkey discriminate between customers, if your not popular on social media or famous like that.... they won’t do your hair like they claim to advertise, it’s just nothing special, personally it’s not a saloon I would recommend to anyone
They're ok but not worth the hype
Dollhouselondon can be very unprofessional. I’ve previously booked them 3 times. My first experience was decent however when I arrived the hair still needed to be plucked. The final look of my frontal was nice, however i still did feel the need to go out and buy foundation so it can match my skin tone even more afterwards. The second visit i got a glueless closure which i was really satisfied with. Unfortunately my 3rd visit which was most important as it was my birthday was the most disappointing. My appointment was for 10am and the sent me a text in the morning telling me they’ve had to push my appointment an hour forward. When I arrived to the salon it wasn’t the hairdresser I selected on the site and infact they gave me a hairdresser who’s first day it was! So wasn’t impressed and also made me late for my other errands. The final look of the hair wasn’t terrible but it just looked betec, nothing special.
