Bad customer service but great hair
I’ve ordered from them twice, the first time everything went smoothly with no problems and their hair is hands down the best hair I’ve ever had. However, the second time was a complete nightmare. I purchased a frontal and bundles from them in mid Feb 2020 and selected the store pick up option, my order should have been ready 5 days after I purchased online.
After 7 days with no communication I contacted them for an update, they came back to me to 2 days after my email to say my order was ready to collect.
Unfortunately when I arrived I was informed that only half of my order was there, and that the remaining items would be delivered to the store the following day (4th March). As I lived on the other side of London I left the items with them and we arranged that the full order would be shipped to my work the next day. I personally input my work address onto their system, yet days later I still hadn’t received my order or an update.
After countless unanswered phone calls and ignored emails it got to the one month mark since I had parted with over £400 with them with nothing to show for it. They finally got in touch after my countless chasing and gave me a fake tracking number for a parcel that they said they had sent out. I checked the tracking number at my postoffice who confirmed that that package had not been sent and was not in their system.
I went back to Bleuribbon and asked for proof of postage, at that point they sent me “proof” of a label which had my name and the first few lines of my work address on it but they had replaced the postcode with their own (remember I had personally put the correct address in myself). So once the package was sent, it would end up back with them. Dodgy!!
At this point I was tired of being given the runaround, I didn’t trust them to issue a refund so I went to PayPal and got my money back! I had read a few Google reviews of people saying thy had also experienced the fake tracking situation with them, but as my first experience was ok I thought I’d chance it. Their hair is beautiful but not worth the hassle I gave 2 stars as my first purchase was ok. If you do decide to go with them deffo use PayPal .... and pray!!!
